I've lived through enough boom-bust cycles to stop blaming myself for them and start building around them instead.

That's why Shanetnick Solutions exists. Not because I mastered wellness, but because I stopped pretending mastery was the point. The programs I've built are designed for people whose energy, motivation, and capacity change from week to week, because mine do too.
